Rostering
  • Everyone that registers is put on a waitlist.
  • Squads will only form if someone volunteers to be a head coach. If we don’t have enough volunteers step up to be head coaches, some participants may not be taken off the waitlist.
  • Head coaches, with Cheer Board approval, select if they will be a Cheer large division squad of 26-36 participants, Cheer medium division squad of 16-25 participants, a Cheer small squad of 10-15 participants, a Pom large division squad of 17-36 participants or a Pom small division squad of 1-16 participants.
Rostering Process
  • Each Head Coach will start the process with her own child and the child of any Assistant Coaches and all returning team members
  • If spots are still available, new recruited participants will go to the squad that recruited them.
  • If spots are still available, new participants to the program will be placed in a Rostering Pool and one participant will be selected at a time until squad sizes are met.
  • Participants that are rostered are contacted by the beginning of April.
