 The Wheaton Park District Lacrosse program is new for 2009!
Lacrosse has been offered by the Wheaton Park District for the past five years and each year in existence the program has grown leaps and bounds. After receiving overwhelming interest from residents the Wheaton Park District decided to create its own independent lacrosse program. With this move we are taking the next step in bringing you an educational and competitive lacrosse program to Wheaton.
The Wheaton Lacrosse program will field 1st to 8th grade boy’s teams to compete in the Players Lacrosse spring league and 5th to 8th grade boys travel teams to compete in both the Illinois Youth Lacrosse Association (IYLA) spring travel leagues. Team rosters are finalized in early April 2010 to compete in the spring of 2010.
