These policies and procedures are developed and annually reviewed by the Wheaton Park District Youth Baseball/Softball (WPDYBS) Board of Control.  They are designed to provide for the equitable and manageable administration of the program.  They are to be interpreted so as to support the purposes of the WPDYBS primarily that of instilling loyalty, honesty, courage and team play.
