Pictures will be taken of full team groups and individuals in full uniform. We have contracted with Visual Image Photography who also photographs the area high school athletic teams.

Your team's scheduled time will be given to you along with further information regarding Picture Day.  It is important to let your players know the date ahead of time in order to have a good turnout.  Managers will receive packets to distribute to each team member.  Parents will decide what photo package they want and must have the order envelope along with payment with them on Picture Day.

• Money (cash or check) will be collected on Picture Day
• Checks should be made payable to:

ON PICTURE DAY
Have your team and coaches assemble 10 to 15-minutes in advance of your scheduled time to avoid last minute hang-ups and delay the teams following you.  Once a team is organized, we usually take them immediately.  Please keep to the schedule as there are more than 1900 individuals to process.  If there is an unavoidable conflict, please contact Sally or Carol at the Wheaton Park District Recreation Department (630) 668-3371.

JUST SO YOU KNOW...
All team photos are made into sponsor plaques to thank our sponsors for their support.  In past years, we have had a poor turnout for a number of teams.  This means that your team sponsor does not receive a plaque, and they are disappointed.  Please make every effort to encourage your team to come for the team photo. 

All players must be in full uniform.
