Description
The intent is to continue the basic hitting skills of "eye/hand coordination" to better prepare batters for the transition to "player pitch." The manager or coach pitches the entire game and no "walks" are allowed. An 11" softie ball is used. Game rules, skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship and fun are stressed. Players must be enrolled in second grade to participate.

Notes
League standings are not kept and there's no post-season tournament play.
